WHAT SORT OF RETURN CAN I EXPECT?
Your ‘rental return’ will depend on the property you purchase and the standard of accommodation it offers. Remember your expected rental income must exceed your Buy-to-Let mortgage repayments. You property may be repossessed if you do not keep up with mortgage payments.
